Specialized Training Programs
EBMCR offers three specialized training and educational programs for national and international graduates and early-career researchers, that support advanced research and learning:
1) International Exchange Program;
2) Interns Training Program; and
3) Postdoctoral Training Program.
Through these initiatives, we provide expert mentorship, access to modern research facilities, and opportunities for interdisciplinary collaboration. Our programs are designed to help emerging researchers enhance their skills, contribute to global health research, and build successful careers in academia or research.
1) International Exchange Program
Our International Exchange Program promotes global collaboration and knowledge sharing by connecting researchers, scholars, and professionals with institutions around the world. International fellows engage in cultural exchange, skill development, and joint research projects—broadening their academic perspectives and fostering lasting international partnerships.
2) Interns Training Program
Our Interns Training Program offers 1-year research internships for master’s and PhD students to gain hands-on experience in evidence-based practice, research design, and innovation. Under expert supervision, interns work on real-world projects, develop essential research and analytical skills, and explore future career pathways in academia, research, or industry.
3) Postdoctoral Training Program
Our Postdoctoral Training Program provides 3–5 years of advanced research and professional development opportunities for early-career researchers. Fellows receive mentorship from leading experts, access to research infrastructure, and interdisciplinary exposure across clinical research and public health. The program also focuses on capacity building in grant writing, project management, and research leadership—equipping fellows for impactful careers in academia, global health, and policy-oriented research.
